One Pan Sausage, Rosemary Potatoes, and Apples (Whole30, Paleo)
This one pan meal is a quick and easy tasty weeknight meal that comes together in minutes, and is Whole30 and paleo friendly!

- 1 lb sausages or bratwurst (be sure to check for Whole30 compliance)
- 1 medium onion
- 5 large red potatoes
- 3 small apples
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper, or to taste
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Chop your sausage, onions, apples, and red potatoes. Finely chop the fresh rosemary and thyme.
Place the chopped veggies and sausage on a tray. Sprinkle the chopped rosemary and thyme.
Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables, and add some salt and pepper. Mix the vegetables and sausage together to evenly coat them in olive oil.
Place the tray in the oven for about 45 minutes. Stir halfway through baking.
Put oven on "broil" and broil the tray for the last few minutes. Broil for about 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are desired crispiness.
Air Fryer instructions
Add all chopped sausage, onions, apples, and potatoes to a large bowl. Add in the chopped rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir to evenly coat everything.
Place mixture in the Air Fryer at 390°F for about 25 minutes, or until potatoes are at the desired crispiness.
