Spinach Artichoke Dip (Whole30, Paleo, Vegan, and Keto)
This Spinach Artichoke Dip is a crowd pleaser, and can be made Whole30, Paleo, Vegan, and Keto!
- 1/2 medium white onion, chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 artichoke hearts From a can or in marinade
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Chop the white onion and add it to the heated skillet with the oil. Stir frequently to cook.
Chop the spinach and add it to the pan. Stir.
Chop the artichoke hearts and add it to the pan.
Add the salt and garlic powder, and stir it in.
Once the vegetables have cooked, place them in an oven safe dish.
Stir into the vegetables the mayonnaise.
Bake the dip for 45-60 minutes. It should be bubbly and golden by the time you take it out.
